Bakery Policies and Agreement

Thank you for choosing Sugar and Grace Custom Bakery.

To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, please review the following policies before placing your order.

• 30 days is required for most custom orders to ensure we can give the proper attention and bring your creative ideas to life, as well as to order custom cookie cutters and/or other items needed to complete your vision. Orders are only confirmed once payment or the required deposit is received.
• Rush or last-minute orders may incur an additional fee and are subject to availability.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date.
• Any remaining balance must be paid a full 7 days before pickup or delivery date.
• Production does not begin without payment.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds are offered on deposits or final payments.
• Date changes are subject to availability and approval.
• All delivery times are prompt, and the delivery always takes place at the Publix at Thornblade. 411 The Parkway, Greer, SC 29650. Customers who show up more than 5 minutes past time will need to re-schedule and are dependent on availability and approval. A $25 delivery fee will also apply.

• All cookies are handcrafted. While inspirational photos are welcome, exact replicas are not guaranteed.
• Minor variations in color, size, or decoration may occur.
• By approving your design, you acknowledge and accept our creative interpretation.

• Pickup times must be strictly adhered to. All delivery take place at the Publix at Thornblade, located at 411 The Parkway, Greer, SC 29650. Customers who show up more than 5 minutes past their delivery time will need to re-schedule and re-scheduling times are dependent on availability and approval. A $25 delivery fee will also apply.

• Cookies are heat sensitive.
• Cookies should be handled with care while traveling and secured while driving.
• We are not responsible for damage due to improper storage or heat exposure.

• While our cookies are free of nuts and milk, we cannot accommodate special requests for gluten free, nut free products due to allergies.
• Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, along with clear photos.
• Taste preferences (sweetness, flavor, etc.) are not grounds for refunds.

• By placing an order with Sugar and Grace Custom Bakery, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
